Stelar Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Stelar, we are committed to providing a smooth and fast shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following shipping and delivery policy to understand all details regarding the processing and receiving of your orders:
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the time the order is confirmed.
• If "Embroidery" service is requested on the medical wear, an additional processing time of (2 to 3 business days) is required to ensure the highest possible quality.
2. Delivery Time
• Major Governorates: Delivery typically takes (2 to 5 business days) from the date the shipment is handed over to the courier company.
• Remote Areas: Delivery time may take slightly longer depending on the geographic location.
• Business days do not include official holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and governorate.
• Free shipping promotions may be available for orders exceeding a certain value (announced on the website or social media platforms).
4. Order Tracking
• Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the shipment's status directly with the courier company.
5. Order Receipt and Delivery Attempts
• Please ensure that you provide a detailed address and an active phone number to avoid any delays.
• The courier company will contact you to schedule the delivery. In case of no response or inability to reach you, another delivery attempt will be made.
• If the order is refused upon the courier's arrival without justification, Stelar reserves the right to suspend the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment option for the customer's account in any future orders, making prepaid methods the only available option.
